I often say that convenience distorts reality and plastics have allowed us too many conveniences that created a false narrative of living on our planet. The native people of these lands had it right, we are going to have to relearn the lessons somehow. My hope is that humanity reconsiders our relation to convenience in order to re establish our sacred connection to our planet. It starts with what we consume. We need to take care of this sacred rock with water, air and fire that we live on because it gave us life. I want to see the true awakening of the human potential. Let's start with our consumption habits as the vehicle to increase our awareness and raise our consciousness of our true purpose. I want us all to truly realize this on a mass scale and I want to experience this moment before I die.

He came to visit me in Santa Barbara and we spent a lot of time speaking about storytelling, the power of myth and other multi-dimensional topics including my plastic free lifestyle aspirations.
